You can expect your STAC piece to reach you within 15-20 days of placing an order. And if shopped from Ready to Ship section you can expect it to arrive in 2-7 business days depending on your pincode.
- How do you deliver my STAC purchase?
We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery.
You will always receive your order in a STAC branded tamper proof envelope which can only be opened by destroying it. - Where do you ship?
We offer Free Shipping to most places within India. To know if your location is eligible, please enter your pincode on the specific product page. In the scenario, that your pin code isn't serviceable through our website, please contact us on email@example.com or call us on +919653363960 and we will try and get it to you!
- Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately at this point in time we only ship within India. We are working on getting STAC to you everywhere, so stay tuned !
- How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across India. Please note, there may be some areas that fall beyond the serviceable list in which case we will notify you of the shipping charges on a case to case basis.
- Can i change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Worry not! All STAC orders are insured.
- Is the delivery process safe?
Yes it is, we wouldn’t have it any other way! In addition to providing the product in our STAC boxes, we also courier it in a STAC branded tamper proof envelope and make sure that each piece is insured! We also work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery to ensure a safe and smooth delivery process.
- Can I update/cancel my order after placing it?
Yes you can. Please reach out to us on email@example.com or call us on +919653363960 as soon as possible and we will try our best to update/cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped then we will be unable to cancel or update it. Please note that orders for customized pieces cannot be cancelled.
- Do you customize pieces?
We love personal touches too ! We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred gold colour and sizes – you can browse the options on the product page. We also offer personalized engraving on select pieces. Please see the section below.
- What can I include in my engraving?
You can add a personal touch to all rings and bangles in our Classic Collection and our engravable Disc Charm, including uppercase and lowercase letters as well as any typed symbols! Character limits are as follows:
» Classic Rings: Upto 3 characters
» Classic Bangles: Upto 6 characters
» Disc Charm: Upto 2 characters
We use Times New Roman for all our engravings
For engravable products, you will see an ‘engrave’ field on the product page.
Our engravers will choose the most suitable place for your inscription.
- Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes ! We hate hidden taxes as much as you do! All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of GST.

Online: We accept all major credit/debit cards through are online payment gateway. NEFT/RTGS bank transfers are also possible.

Cash on Delivery: We also offer cash on delivery, however this is available on select pin codes and for transactions up to Rs. 50,000. You may check if your pin code is eligible for COD at check out. Please note, Cash on Delivery is not applicable for customized jewellery.
- Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
Yes we provide Cash on Delivery on orders up to Rs. 50,000. The amount can be paid to the courier person at the time of delivery. It may so happen that our logistics partner is unable to offer Cash on Delivery for certain locations, be sure to check if Cash on Delivery is available in your area by entering your pin code in the designated box at checkout.
