- What is your return / exchange policy?
We're only happy if you're happy. If, for any reason, you're less than thrilled with your purchase, we'll be happy to offer a refund or exchange
All products are eligible for return within 7 days and exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product for unworn / unused products. This is not applicable for any personalized/engraved products. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.
In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase
STAC is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return/exchange any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.
Please note in some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your STAC product in a sealed envelope. You will not be charged anything for this return shipping if it is within our stipulated time frames.
- What is the process of returning/exchanging my product?

While returning the product, please ensure that it is unused and packed in the original packaging with the STAC box and pouch and is accompanied by the original invoice and quality certificate
The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days
- How will my refund be processed
The refund will be processed via credit/debit card in case of online payment and bank transfer in case of cash payment
- What if I have received a damaged/incorrect piece?
Oh snap! That definitely should not have happened. But don’t worry we will arrange for a pick-up and replace the piece with a fresh one within 15 days.

- What if my product breaks?
All our products are covered under our Lifetime Warranty. Quality is extremely important to us, so if your jewellery breaks we would be happy to fix it for you free of charge. Please note our warranty does not cover lost stones, improper use or storage or if the product shows any signs of force, and any modification to the product done by a third party outside STAC. We are happy to replace any lost stones at an additional charge which will be determined on a case to case basis.
- What if my jewellery fades or gets scratched?
All of our pieces are made in 18k gold, so they are durable but malleable, and certainly not scratch resistant. While scratching is totally normal, it can be more noticeable on a piece with a larger surface area like pieces from our Classic Collection.
We offer complimentary re-polishing for all our pieces and are happy to arrange an easy pick-up for the same.
Please note - shipping the pieces to and fro will be on a chargeable basis.
- I’ve ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
Yes of course! We want to ensure your piece is the perfect fit! We are happy to resize your piece free of charge within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please contact us on email@example.com to process the exchange.
- What are the shipping charges for returns/refunds/repairs/exchanges?
We want to make the return/exchange process as painless as possible for you– including free shipping! We offer free shipping for all returns/exchanges and repairs within the stipulated time frames mentioned above!
The shipping to and fro, for any repairs, will be on a chargeable basis.
- I’ve received a gift, can I exchange / return it?
We are happy to accommodate gift exchanges! To start this process, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund for a gift item. However a credit note can be given against the gift amount for future purchases. All our credit notes and gift certificates are valid for a lifetime.
- Do you have a buyback policy?
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully for the same-
The buyback value will be 70% of the original invoice value (net of taxes).
Pieces are eligible for buyback after 1-year from the purchase.
A processing fee of Rs 1000 will be applicable.
The refund will be processed only after we have received the piece and it passes inspection by our quality control team. Post this, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer.
This scheme is not valid if any modifications have been made to the piece.
Buyback is only applicable on pieces purchased directly from us- either via our website or through our company representative offline.
The piece must be accompanied by its original packaging, certificate, and invoice.
The buyback policy is not applicable to any of our personalized pieces.
