- What is your gift exchange/return policy?
We are happy to accommodate gift exchanges! To start this process, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund for a gift item. However a credit note can be given against the gift amount for future purchases. All our credit notes are valid for a lifetime.
- Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes we do! Shopping for someone else can be confusing and we totally understand if you would rather have your loved one pick their gift out themselves! Simply select and prepay your preferred amount, and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise up to the prepaid value at www.stacfinejewellery.com. It may not be redeemed for cash. In case the amount you desire isn't available as an option, please contact us on and we'll get it done for you!
- Are the gift cards digital? Or can I receive a physical gift card?

- Can I add a gift message?
Of course! Whether you choose a physical or digital gift card there is a field to enter a message on the product page. Your message will be beautifully handwritten on a card to add that personal touch.
- Do you offer special gift packaging?
Each STAC pieces comes beautifully packed in our signature pouches and gift boxes, because whether you are buying it for yourself or someone else, it is something special just the same!
- How do I redeem my Gift Card?
You can redeem the gift card by getting in touch with us on email@example.com or. For online purchases, proceed through the checkout as usual, but when asked for your payment method, enter your Gift Card number in the field labeled ‘Discount Code’. The total for your purchase, plus tax, will be deducted from the value of the card. If the balance on your gift card is less than the total, you will have to pay the difference.
Please note - Promotional Gift Cards starting with HEY1000, STACRAS, STACxDISGUISE, STACxPAIO and STACFORYOU21 onwards are only applicable on a minimum purchase of Rs.10,000.
- What if the item I choose is not the same value as my gift card?
In case the value of the item you choose is higher than the value of the gift card, you will have to pay the difference between the product chosen and gift card amount. In case the value of the item you choose is lower than the value of the gift card, the difference will be given to you as another discount code towards future purchases. We will email you with the new code within 48 hours.
- Does the giftcard expire?
Our giftcards are valid for 1 year after the date of purchase. If we issue a giftcard/code in lieu of an exchange, it is valid for a period of 6 months. The validity of promotional gift cards may vary.
- If a gift card is lost or stolen, can it be replaced?
Yes, of course! Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your gift card code or order number and Gift or name. We will cancel the code and send you a new one.
- Do you offer engraving?
Yes! You can add a personal touch to all rings and bangles in our Classic Collection and our engravable Disc Charm, including uppercase and lowercase letters as well as any typed symbols! Character limits are as follows:
» Classic Rings: Upto 3 characters
» Classic Bangles: Upto 6 characters
» Disc Charm: Upto 2 characters
We use Times New Roman for all our engravings

Our engravers will choose the most suitable place for your inscription.
